College has been interesting. It’s a trigger in its own way, and it sucks. I’m dealing with the fact that I gained weight, but now that I’m off of birth control, I can hopefully get back to losing again.

I began doing it on 3rd June. It’s now 10 days later and having done the work out 7 out of 10 days, I’m noticing results. Particularly on my abs.
I haven’t actually lost any weight doing this (mostly because i feasted like a beast all week), but I am visibly more toned.

i don’t believe in crunches tho, i do sit ups, but looks like i’ll be doing this!

I’ve been working and on vacation with my boyfriend and his family. I am not sure if I will be gone longer, due to work. I want to try to get back into shape, especially since I’ve continued to slip.
I feel like a failure, and would rather come back when I feel more confident in myself and confident that I can do this. But that is not now.

Tone It Up’s Slimming Pyramid:
- 10 jumping jacks
- 20 squats with a knee raise (same as best circuit workout on toneitup.com)
- 30 lunges
- 40 wall arm toners– chest & triceps (standing against a wall, angle your body. Begin with 20 push-ups with your hands wider than your shoulders and chest level. Then do 20 with your hands in line with your chest and shoulders. Tuck your arms into your sides & do tricep wall push-ups!)
- 50 second plank
- 40 bicycle crunches
- 30 lunges with a BOOTY KICK BACK! -when you come up from a lunch, kick your back leg up toning your booty!
- 20 squats with a bicep curl (use weights or water bottles)
